About ModlQ
We build focused Revit add-ins, not bloated suites. Every plugin does one job — batch renaming, cleanup, coordination, exports — and does it inside a single transaction you can undo, with a real license behind it.
No macros to babysit, no fragile scripts. Just a ribbon tab full of tools built the way a BIM manager would build them, if a BIM manager had time to build fifty of them.
Selected Work · Ongoing
One shared licensing and ribbon system underneath. Pick a category to see every plugin in it.
Try it before you install
Pick a category, click a tool, and play with the real dialog layout — every dropdown, checkbox, and field actually works. Nothing here touches a model; that part happens inside Revit.

FAQ
Five tools — SelectByCategory, GridBubbleManager, WallJoinFixer, GridRenumber, and HighlightWalls — are free forever. Everything else is a one-time purchase, and the All-Access Annual bundle covers the whole catalog for a yearly fee.
Up to your license's seat count. Activate it from a plugin's ribbon panel on each machine, and deactivate it from your account page to free up a seat elsewhere.
Not a time-limited trial, no — but five plugins are free forever, so you can try real activation, license validation, and the ribbon-tab workflow at zero cost before buying anything else.
One-time plugin and bundle purchases don't expire — you keep access and updates for as long as the license stays active. The one exception is the All-Access Annual bundle, which renews yearly; if it lapses, the plugins it covers stop validating until you renew.
Yes — email hello@modlq.app within 14 days of purchase if a plugin doesn't work as described for your supported Revit version.
